The County Minstrels feature music from "tall ships" ear; sea chanteys, Irish songs and dances, ballads and drinking songs. The Minstrels often perform at tallships festivals re-creating the musical entertainment of yesteryear as heard in old harbor towns.

With Susan Brown playing guitar, lap-dulcimer, penny whistle and vocals; Gary Brown adding encouraging rhythm and vocals; and Dorothy "Dot" Pakan on lilting accordion and vocals, the Minstrels present a unique yet traditional sound. frquently performing in period costume, they engage the audience in sing-a-long chooruses, rounds, dances, playing of rythm instruments, stoies and anecdoctes.
